In order to respect both your time and mine, as well as the time of other clients, please review the following policies: •Cancellations/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online at any time just please provide at least 24 hours notice. •No-Call / No-Show Appointments: These will always result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service and may lead to being restricted from future bookings. •Grace Period: You are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 15 minutes without notice, your appointment may be canceled and a 25% service fee may apply. •Deposits: All Deposits / Retainer Fees are non refundable unless stated otherwise.
